Product Description

The DLE200 is a purpose-built 2-stroke gasoline engine developed for high-load aerial platforms such as paramotors, heavy-lift UAVs, and hybrid drones. With a displacement of 200cc and delivering 20 HP at 8000 RPM, this engine combines power, efficiency, and smooth operation in a compact form.

It features an electric start system with planetary gear drive for reliable, high-torque ignition and long service life. The engine uses a 1:2.7 belt-drive reduction system for improved propeller torque and flight stability. The accompanying 1220mm custom carbon fiber propeller maximizes thrust output with a lightweight and aerodynamic design.

An integrated 14V/5A generator supports onboard electronics and hybrid power systems. Additional upgrades include a precision-coated cylinder for better heat transfer and combustion efficiency, and an aerospace-grade vibration damping system that minimizes frame stress and extends airframe longevity.
