Product Description

The DLE170 is an upgraded version of the standard DLE170, now equipped with an advanced planetary gear electric starter and an integrated 14.5V 350W alternator. This makes it an ideal choice for UAVs, hybrid VTOLs, and power-paraglider systems where both high thrust and onboard power generation are required.

Thanks to the planetary starter system, the engine starts quickly and smoothly with reduced mechanical load and vibration. Once started, the starter gear disengages automatically to ensure flight safety. The built-in alternator provides stable 14.5V output at 6000 RPM, perfect for powering avionics, onboard electronics, or hybrid systems.

The engine delivers an impressive 17.5 HP at 7500 RPM and supports large propellers (32×10, 32×12), making it suitable for heavy-lift and long-endurance applications. Rotation direction can be customized (CW or CCW) for specific aircraft designs.
