The DLE430 is a high-performance inline twin-cylinder 2-stroke engine designed for aerial platforms requiring maximum thrust and high reliability, such as paramotors, gliders, ultralight aircraft, and large hybrid UAVs. With a displacement of 430.8cc, it delivers an impressive 42 HP at 6800 RPM and up to 110 kg of static thrust.
Built on a unique design concept, the DLE430 combines a ceramic-coated cylinder bore for enhanced durability, a dual DC-CDI ignition system for redundancy, and a fan-cooled housing for consistent performance across climates. It features a planetary gear electric starter, an integrated 14.5V / 90W permanent magnet alternator, and is compatible with both front-pull and rear-push propeller setups.
The engine uses a self-priming DLE carburetor, a 2.55:1 reduction gearbox, and is optimized for a 1.5-meter variable-pitch carbon fiber propeller. With a total system weight of 32.25 kg, the DLE430 offers an unmatched power-to-weight ratio for mission-critical platforms.
